Mark Samuel is the Founder & CEO of IMPAQ, and author of Creating the Accountable Organization and the award-winning Making Yourself Indispensable: The Power of Personal Accountability. For the past 25 years, Mark has guided organizations around the globe to higher levels of long-term, sustainable success. He is frequently called upon by companies to address leaders in solving the challenges of culture change, performance improvement, leadership development and effectively managed teamwork.
Mark has inspired positive, profitable, sustainable improvement in companies worldwide, including Michelin, Chevron Corporation, American Express, Genentech, Baxter Pharmaceuticals, Nissan, Hewlett-Packard, Universal Studios, Pacific Bell, The Royal Bank of Canada, PDVSA of Venezuela and UC-Berkeley.

Annie Hyman Pratt, Partner and Executive Leadership Consultant, an accomplished C-suite operating executive and business consultant for more than 20 years, works with entrepreneurial companies undergoing large scale change (often to the business model), rapid growth, and reorganization. Annie’s executive experience includes growing her family business as the CEO, The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, more than 10X over 7 years from a mom-and-pop 7 store chain to a highly prized international brand. Annie successfully led the company through an unusually high value sale to the current owners that continued the expansion and boast over 900 stores today.
Sought after for her unique been there inside perspective and results driven orientation, Annie has helped many companies execute on growth and reorganization strategies, while also implementing an inspired, high-functioning performance culture. Annie’s operational expertise includes a diverse range of industries, including restaurant, retail, licensing/franchising, manufacturing, import/export, wholesale and retail distribution, business and consulting services, and academic and online education. Annie also brings an effective blend of strong analytical and business model execution expertise, along with an outcome-focused yet holistic, people and team centered leadership approach, making her a natural fit for IMPAQ.
Annie holds a Bachelors of Arts, Phi Beta Kappa, Magna Cum Laude, from UCLA in Economics/Business, is a licensed CPA, and holds a Master’s degree in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica.
David Rodgers, Executive Organizational Consultant. With over 23 years of consulting experience, David specializes in identifying and implementing optimal company cultures and building executive, middle manager and functional teams that produce and sustain breakthrough results. Prior to joining IMPAQ in 1989, David held operational leadership roles in manufacturing, product development, marketing and program management; which is a foundation for his down-to-earth and practical approach.
As both a contributing developer and implementer of IMPAQ Accountability-Based Systems, David has worked with a wide range of clients including Michelin, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Kaiser Permanente, Apple Computer, Experian, Chevron, Shell Oil, Pacific Bell, Pacific Gas & Electric and the United States Navy. He also holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Physics, a Masters in Applied Psychology and a Doctorate in Spiritual Science.
David’s clients comment on his absolute focus on understanding their needs and implementing a strategy to directly address those needs; rather than trying to force fit a solution. He quickly grasps the current situation and the implications for the business and the people involved. He then helps create the conditions in which people can individually and collectively clarify their direction, find their full capacity, and develop belief and confidence in their ability to succeed.
Jane Grossman, Senior Consultant, an accomplished facilitator and consultant in Accountability-Based training and consulting, has more than 15 years working with diverse teams at all levels. Prior to working with IMPAQ, Jane worked for Adventure Associates as one their lead program designers and facilitators. Before becoming a management consultant, Jane worked for 10 years in leadership roles in government and non-profit agencies developing and managing ground breaking environmental programs.
Some of Jane’s recent clients include Texas Instruments, Genentech, Missouri City Texas, Norton Healthcare, Agilent, The US Forest Service and REI.
Jane has a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Economy of Natural Resource Management from UC Berkeley and a Masters degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Santa Monica. She also holds certificates in Training & Development, Organizational Diagnosis, Group Facilitation, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and Powerful Non-Defensive Communication.
Tom Boyer, Senior Consultant, has more than 30 years of business management, consulting, executive coaching and training experience. Prior to joining IMPAQ, Tom was COO and Lead Facilitator of Insight Seminars, a Senior Consultant with the Productivity Development Group and an expert in large-scale safety implementation with the Top of Organization.
An expert in results-oriented Accountability-Based change efforts; Tom’s clients have included Siemens, Weyerhaeuser, Polaroid, Motorola, Baxter Pharmaceuticals, GlaxoSmithKline, and Kaiser Permanente.
Tom holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Case-Western Reserve University, and Master’s degrees in Music, Psychology and Theology.
Sharon Rich, Senior Consultant, is an experienced facilitator, business growth consultant, executive leadership coach that has supported organizations in meeting the challenges of organizational growth and change for over 9 years. Prior to joining the IMPAQ team, Sharon spent 9 years as founder of ThinkBusinessGrowth and 25 years as an executive creative director in boutique, national and global advertising agencies including Ogilvy Direct, OgilvyOne, and Rapp Collins.
Some of Sharon’s recent clients include Yale Medical School, ResMed Motor Technologies, Forever 21, Baxter Pharmaceutical, Catholic Health Initiatives, Lee Memorial Health System, and World Linen & Textile.
Sharon has a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology from UCLA. She pursued graduate studies in ed/psych at Antioch University. Sharon completed the core, advanced and faculty training programs with Coach, Inc. the leading global provider of coach training, where she currently serves on the faculty, training coaches all over the world. She also holds certificates in DiSC, 360-degree feedback, Rapid Culture Change, and Group Facilitation.

Kamin Bell, VP Internet Development and Consultant, has been developing individuals and teams in the military and in her corporate career for over 20 years. She completed her military career as a Navy Helicopter Flight Instructor and served as a Pilot Training Officer. Kamin continued her leadership role in corporate by training and facilitating numerous individuals and teams in the areas of execution, teamwork and accountability to achieve high performance results. This included managing up to 900 projects in one quarter. Kamin is also a regular speaker for the University of Santa Monica and within multiple organizations. Her engaging style, humor and clarity provide an inspirational and learning environment for technical and non-technical audiences alike.
As an executive coach, Kamin is skilled at creating Accountability-Based agreements within business partnerships and teams that creates rapid and lasting results.
Prior to working with IMPAQ, Kamin worked at Gateway Computers and more recently, Guthy-Renker as the Vice President of Global Site Operations. In addition to her training and facilitation skills, Kamin has over 15 years of experience in web development, creative on-line merchandising and project management.
Kamin holds a Bachelors of Arts, American Studies, Master’s degree in Information Technology, and a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Santa Monica.
