Cancellation & Transfer Policy
IMPAQ incurs considerable administrative costs related to your registration before a program begins. The following fees apply:

Transfers: Requests for transfer are allowed as listed above. 100% of the full tuition is non-refundable if:
- The participant does not attend another IMPAQ program within one year of the start date of the original program
- The participant requests for transfer more than two (2) times
Refunds: If there is a remaining balance of a cancelled program’s payment, it can be applied to another IMPAQ program within one year of the original program date. The balance is non-refundable after one year.
IMPAQ reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the date, time and location of a Public workshop at any time, including replacing personnel who may be scheduled to deliver the Public. In the event a Public workshop is cancelled, the Client is entitled to a full refund. IMPAQ shall not be responsible for any other loss incurred by Client as a result of a cancellation or reschedule.
